Searching for Claim Types
You can find Claim Types in the application using the Search functionality. Start typing and the Claim Type will appear if there is a match.
Create Claim
To create a Claim Type click the "Add Claim Type" on the Claim Types list screen. A dialog will appear enabling you to create a new the Claim Type:
Once you have entered all details for your Claim Type, click the "Add" button, you should then see a success dialogue informing you that your Claim Type has been created.
Editing a Claim Type
Select the Claim Type you want to edit, this will open the Claim Type details screen.
From this screen you can modify the properties of the Claim Type. Once you have made the edits you require, click Save, and you should then see a success dialogue informing you that your changes have been saved.
Deleting a Claim Type
Claim Types can be deleted through the "Delete" button on the Claim Types details screen. On deletion, any user that has a claim of that type will have that claim removed.
This action cannot be undone.
Reserved Claim Types
Some Claim Types that are integral to IdentityServer functionality will be marked as reserved, they cannot be deleted and have restricted editability.
